These Terms govern your use of the BootyScroll mobile application, provided by Break The Pattern LLC.
13+. Under 18 requires parent/guardian acceptance.
Keep credentials secure. Notify support@breakthepattern.app if compromised. Delete account via Profile → Delete Account (immediate, irreversible, backups age out in 30 days).
Renews automatically unless cancelled 24+ hours before period ends (manage via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
Charged automatically if not cancelled before trial ends.
Processed by Apple — request at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal use. No copying, modifying, decompiling, reverse-engineering, reselling, or spoofing/manipulating squat detection.
App requests camera access for squat detection via on-device ML. No video, images, or pose data transmitted to our servers. You may revoke camera access in iOS Settings (disables squat detection).
App writes workout sessions to Apple Health with your permission. We do not read any HealthKit data. Revoke in iOS Settings → Health → BootyScroll.
You own your workout history and data. You grant us a license to store and process it solely to provide the service. We do not use it for marketing or AI training.
BootyScroll is a workout tracking tool, not medical or fitness advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise program. No warranty of fitness improvement or specific outcomes.
Supabase, RevenueCat, PostHog, Apple terms apply to their services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
No liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability capped at the greater of (a) amounts paid in prior 12 months or (b) US $50.
You may stop anytime. We may suspend for Terms violations. Sections 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15 survive.
Material changes in-app or by email 7 days before effective date.
Wyoming law, Sheridan County courts. EEA/UK/Swiss users retain mandatory consumer-protection rights.
Apple Standard EULA also applies. Terms are between you and Break The Pattern LLC only, not Apple. Apple is a third-party beneficiary.
