By using BootyScroll, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Who Can Use BootyScroll

• • You must be 13 or older to create an account
• • BootyScroll is designed for personal, non-commercial use

Subscriptions & Billing

BootyScroll offers a 3-day free trial followed by auto-renewing subscriptions:

• • Weekly: $2.99/week
• • Annual: $69/year

Subscriptions are managed by Apple through your Apple ID. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.

No Medical Advice

BootyScroll is a fitness motivation app, not a medical device or health program. Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise program. We are not responsible for any injuries sustained while using the app.

Acceptable Use

• • Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or abuse the app
• • Don't use the app in ways that violate Apple's App Store guidelines
• • Don't create fake accounts or manipulate leaderboards

Intellectual Property

BootyScroll, its logo, and all content are owned by Break The Pattern LLC. You may not reproduce or redistribute app content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

BootyScroll is provided "as is." We are not liable for damages arising from use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
